By purchasing from Crowned Noir, booking a service, or submitting payment, the customer agrees to this policy.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, service details, pricing, and appointment information before completing payment.

Crowned Noir reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the nature of the purchase, timing of the request, product condition, service status, and any work already completed.

3. Physical Product Refunds or Exchanges

If Crowned Noir sells physical products, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are used, damaged, altered, opened, worn, or returned outside the allowed timeframe may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

5. Services, Consultations, and Appointments

Service payments, consultation fees, and deposits may be non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, work has begun, or time has been reserved.

If a client needs to reschedule, the request should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit or service fee.

No-shows may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

6. Deposits

Deposits are used to reserve time, begin preparation, secure materials, or start service-related work. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless Crowned Noir cancels the service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative.

Deposits may be transferable to a new appointment or service date at Crowned Noir’s discretion.

7. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

All digital product sales are final once access is granted, files are downloaded, or digital materials are delivered.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available unless there is a duplicate charge or technical issue that Crowned Noir is unable to resolve.

8. Subscription or Recurring Services

If Crowned Noir offers subscriptions, memberships, or recurring services, customers may cancel according to the specific subscription terms provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Refunds are not guaranteed for charges already processed.

9. Event or Class Cancellations

If Crowned Noir offers events, workshops, classes, or private sessions, cancellation terms may vary by event.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Event tickets may be non-refundable.
  • Missed events are not eligible for refund.
  • If Crowned Noir cancels an event, customers may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option.
  • If an event is rescheduled, the ticket may transfer to the new date.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact Crowned Noir within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Crowned Noir will review the matter and determine whether a replacement, exchange, credit, or refund is appropriate.

11. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Crowned Noir.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Crowned Noir.

Crowned Noir is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

Processing fees, transaction fees, rush fees, and shipping fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Crowned Noir first to resolve any payment, order, or service concern.

Filing a chargeback without contacting Crowned Noir may delay resolution. Crowned Noir reserves the right to provide order records, communication records, policy acknowledgments, tracking details, or service documentation to the payment processor when responding to a dispute.
